Kraków is a city in southeastern Poland, featured in the Going East! map expansion for Euro Truck Simulator 2. It is the second-largest and the southernmost city in Poland.

Landmarks[]

Cracovian landmarks rendered in ETS 2 include the Town Hall Tower, the St. Joseph's Church, and the K1. In addition, the John Paul II International Airport Kraków–Balice is rendered next to the A4 southwest of the city.

Features[]

The city is relatively compact, with two street blocks housing almost all accessible buildings.

Companies having depots inside the city include Sanbuilders, Tradeaux and Trameri. An EuroAcres farm is situated east of the city.

Facilities present in Kraków include a garage, a hotel, a recruitment agency, a service shop, and a small MAN truck dealer.

Connections[]

Two numbered roads cross near Kraków:

  • The A4 heads all the way west to the border with Germany near Dresden. Accessible Polish cities along the way include Katowice and Wrocław. East of Kraków, the highway is taken over by the lower standard R4, which runs to the southeast of the country. Truckers may turn onto a minor road and head towards Lublin or Košice (though it's quicker to access Lublin with the next numbered road:
  • The R7 starts at the mountainous border with Slovakia and heads straight into the city. It resumes to the northeast and heads towards Warszawa, Olsztyn and eventually Gdańsk. A more direct minor road also branches from this road towards Lublin.
